Panasonic Connect will showcase solutions that support immersive entertainment, dynamic worship services and engaging corporate events at InfoComm 2024.

One of the highlights will be a demonstration of the company’s Silky Fine Mist solution, which uses pressurised water and compressed air to create a small-particle mist that floats in the air and projects beams of light to create a hologram-like 3D-effect.

Silky Fine Mist is used in immersive exhibitions such as TeamLab’s Massless Clouds at Superblue Miami.

The company's InfoComm booth will also be home to replicas of Los Angeles City Hall and a historic building from New York State, which will provide a backdrop for projection-mapping displays from A3 Visual and the LUMA Projection Arts Festival.

The booth will also feature Full Swing’s golf simulation experience, powered by Panasonic projection technology.

Dynamic corporate events
The KAIROS live-video production platform will be deployed with PT-RQ50KU projectors to demonstrate solutions that support dynamic worship services and corporate events.

The new PT-REQ15/REZ15 Series 1-Chip DLPTM 4K projectors – which produce smooth, deep 4K images in any environment – will also be on show.

Visitors to the booth will have the opportunity to visualise concepts for corporate and education spaces in a shared immersive environment that utilises Panasonic’s new PT-RQ7 Series 1-Chip DLP 4K projectors, which have been designed to wrap an entire space in dynamic visuals.

This zone will also feature Panasonic’s ecosystem of professional displays, PTZ cameras and ceiling microphone technology designed to automate hybrid classroom workflows for engaging remote and in-person experiences.

New solutions on display will include the Media Production Suite, which is available as a free download, centralises camera management for small-team operations.

Panasonic Connect will also be showcasing the ET-FMP50 Series media processor, which offers camera-based warping, blending adjustment and 4K media playback capabilities, and its expanded line-up of Intel SDM specification slot-compatible products.

In addition, Panasonic Connect’s AV offerings, such as ClearConnect digital signage, will be on display on Booth W1500.

Jared Darensbourg, director of sales for visual systems at Panasonic Connect, said: “As more industries seek to implement immersive visual experiences, they’ll need to adopt reliable, powerful solutions that give content creators and production teams flexibility.

“The latest additions to our ecosystem of AV solutions respond directly to this industry need, helping customers worry less about the technology set-up, and more about how they can take their creativity and audience experience to the next level.”
