Tridonic New LED Products For Hong Kong International Lighting Fair 2012

Following up on the huge success at the Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition held in June 2012, Tridonic presents its new LED products at the Hong Kong International Lighting Fair 2012 (Autumn Edition). The LED portfolio enables customers to develop innovative LED lighting solutions. Light engines, modules and a series of drivers are a strong addition to Tridonic’s product portfolio. The company expects visitors from all over the world at the booth to obtain information about products and technologies.


In focus are the new LED products and systems for general illumination applications which include LED modules, LED drivers, LED light engines, components and control systems. In addition, products that emphasize the great quality and professional technology of Tridonic, such as digital dimming ballasts, fixed output electronic ballasts, as well as HID electronic ballasts are shown at the fair.

The optimised TALEXXengine STARK SLE GEN 2 which is designed for downlights and spotlights stands out with its high efficiency of up to 145 lumen per watt. The system consisting of a matched LED module and LED converter has been launched for usage in professional general lighting applications. Compared with previous-generation products, it boasts 40 % more light output and a longer service life of up to 50,000 hours. Because of its high efficiency, this LED system makes it possible to obtain considerable savings in energy consumption while providing great lighting quality. Depending on the desired operating mode – high efficiency or high output – the users choose the appropriate TALEXXconverter which is available as a surface-mounted or in-built version. Due to the outstanding features of the product it is in spotlight at the exhibition.

At Hong Kong International Lighting Fair Tridonic is presenting itself as a manufacturer that offers long-term added value with expertise and service. The products range from individual components to complete systems.
