EVERLIGHT requested the Court to enjoin Nichia and Citizen from manufacturing, selling, importing or exporting any COB (chip on board) products. EVERLIGHT also requested the Court to enjoin Daiko from manufacturing, selling, importing or exporting any lighting products that are incorporated with such COB goods. Nichia, Citizen and Daiko were also requested to destroy any inventories and bear EVERLIGHT’s damages due to their infringement.
