Lattice Power CEO Denies Acquiring Philips Lumileds

Lattice Power CEO Min Wang has vehemently denied a Reuters report suggesting the company was on its way of acquiring Philips Lumileds.

“I’ve read the article, and what I can definitely tell you is we are not in the process of acquiring Philips Lumileds,” Wu told LEDinside’s China team.

Yet, when asked if the company had offered a bid price in the auction for Philips Lumileds, Wang commented “I can’t disclose that right now, but will let you know the final bid outcome.”
