GlacialTech Announces Heatsink Series for LED Flood Lights

GlacialTech, the diversified lighting and thermal solution provider, announces a new series of 100W-200W stamped heatsinks for flood lights and other high wattage LED lighting applications. Three wattage ratings are offered - 100W, 150W and 200W and heat pipes are available to help dissipate heat from high power CoB LEDs.

High Value Cooling

With a rectangular profile, these heatsinks are a natural fit for flood lights and modern LED powered rectangular bay lights or spot lights. Using strong thermal design, these heatsinks provide up to 0.53°C/W thermal resistance using a cost-effective stamping process.

Versatile Applications

Igloo SS series offers a heatsink for a range of wattages at 100W, 150W and 200W. heat pipe models help dissipate heat from high power CoB LEDs using evaporative technology, while non-heat pipe models are suitable for lighting fixtures with multiple CoB LEDs or Metal Core PCB(MCPCB) LEDs.

Tailor Fit

The Igloo SS Series heatsinks are made to fit your lighting fixture, not the other way around. The number of fins can be tailored to fit the LED fixture housing, and the base mounting pattern can be customized to customer’s design specification. The dimensions of the Igloo SS Series are 24cm wide, 7.8cm high, and either 14cm, 21cm or 28cm long depending on wattage.

Features

  • For LED flood lights and rectangular spot lights or bay lights.

  • 3 Wattage ratings available - 100W, 150W and 200W.

  • Heat pipe models suitable for single CoB LED fixtures.

  • Non-heat pipe models suitable for multiple CoB or MCPCB LEDs.

  • Number of fins can be adjusted to fit the shape of the lighting fixture.

  • Base mounting pattern can be customized.
