Launched on stand today will be:

  • the Philips Showline SL HYDRUS 350 luminaire. The first Platinum lamp-based luminaire in the originally LED product line, the SL HYDRUS 350 is a super-bright, multi-featured moving light that is ideal for the live event and TV market because of its small size and speed. Featuring a wide zoom range in each mode, the SL HYDRUS 350 offers a vibrant color pallet. It incorporates all the tools a designer needs to create mid-air effects, clear and precise projection as well as seamless, blended animated washes.

  • the Philips MSD Platinum 11 R lamp – enables spot, beam and wash functions all in one fixture with a working distance of 38.74mm. This gives lighting designers more flexibility and freedom to create spectacular light shows.

  • the Philips MSR Gold 1510 SA/1 DE lamp. Ideal for theatrical performances, this lamp has an average lamp life of up to 750 hours and a lumen output of 142,000 lumen. Also, it has: exceptional color rendering with a CRI (Color Rendering Index) of 95 for vivid colors

"Philips Lighting really understands what lighting designers need to recreate enigmatic natural lighting scenes. So we’ve come up with a visually engaging array of scenes such as ‘Thunder and Lightning’ and ‘Dawn ‘til Dusk’ which will be shown on stand to inspire fellow designers to create great experiences through a total lighting solution," said Mark Wynn-Edwards.
