Rubicon Technology Launches Multi-Language Website to Accommodate Asia Market

Rubicon Technology, Inc., a provider of sapphire substrates and products to the LED, semiconductor, and optical markets, today announced that it has launched Japanese, Korean and Mandarin language editions of the company’s web site – www.rubicontechnology.com.  The new international editions are designed to better serve Rubicon customers throughout Asia.

“Rubicon has a considerable presence in Asia, and so we want to provide a positive experience for as many visitors to our site as possible,” said Raja M. Parvez, President and CEO, Rubicon Technology.  “Since the launch of the new site, we have noticed a significant volume of traffic coming from Asia and the Pacific Rim.  These new Asian- language versions of the site will make the Rubicon experience easier and more productive for Japanese, Korean and Mandarin language visitors.”

Visitors to www.rubicontechnology.com will be able to select a language from the home page.  From there, they will be redirected to a subdomain which will translate the Rubicon website into the desired language.  For Japanese the subdomain is jp.rubicontechnology.com, for Korean the subdomain is kr.rubicontechnology.com, and for Mandarin, the subdomain is cn.rubicontechnology.com .
