CAO Group Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit against Major World-wide LED Manufactures

Reportedly, the CAO Group has filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of Utah based on the fact that GE Lighting, Osram Sylvania, Lighting Science Group, Nexxus Lighting, Sharp Electronics, Toshiba International Corporation, Feit Electric Company, and Lights of America infringed CAO Group's patents of LED light source solutions.

The CAO Group believes that these companies infringe CAO Group's patents at the core of LED light source solutions as following:
1. US Patent No. 6,465,961 -- Semiconductor Light Source.
2. US Patent No. 6,634,770 -- Light Source Using Semiconductor Devices.
3. US Patent No. 6,746,885 -- Method for Making a Semiconductor Light Source
